GUWAHATI, Nov 16: Assam will play against visiting Jharkhand in a crucial Ranji Trophy Plate group match in Nehru Stadium from Tuesday. The match is very much important from Assam’s point of view as the home team has only 1 point from the previous two outings. The Amol Mazumdar-led Assam will take the field hoping to pocket maximum point to keep the hope alive to reach semifinal of Plate group.
