ONGC start with a win in 2nd division soccer
ONGC, Mumbai, collected full points in group ‘A’ match of the Second Division National League defeating Bengal-Mumbai 2-0 at Silchar on Sunday. Both the goals of the match were scored by Tarif Ahmed in the 23rd and 25th minutes of the game. It may be mentioned that this was the second game of the competition. With this win, ONGC is at the top of the points table collecting 3 points. Earlier, OILFC and Lajong Football Club shared points in the first match of the tournament on Saturday.
