ONGC, Bharat Petroleum win

ONGC, Dehradun and Bharat Petroleum Company Limited won their respective matches in the men’s event of the 13th National League Volleyball Championship which got under way at Duliajan on Thursday. In the first match, ONGC defeated Bramhaputra Club by 3-0 while in the second game Bharat Petroleum Company Limited defeated Kolkata Volleyball Club by identical margin.

Earlier, the tournament was inaugurated by PC Khaund, Executive Director of OIL. The inaugural function was also attended by the Deputy Commissioner of Dibrugarh, Ashutosh Agnihotri, technical convener of Volleyball Federation of India B Mukherjee and secretary of the Assam Volleyball Association Bhupen Choudhury (From our Reporter, Tinsukia)
